Charging, refilling and draining dock for the GS140
The Workstation is the service dock for the IVIX GS140. The robot comes back on its own when it finishes a route or runs low on battery, docks without anyone lining it up, and right there it charges, refills with clean water and drains the dirty water.
This is what turns the GS140 into a full-shift machine: without the dock, somebody has to plug it in, load 140 litres and empty 170 litres of sewage between runs. With it, human intervention becomes occasional.

It docks by itself
The robot returns to the dock on its own when it finishes a route or its battery runs low, and docks without anyone guiding or lining it up. Nobody needs to be on shift to receive it.

Charging with nobody plugging it in
It delivers up to 40 A with a regulated 8–44 V output, so the GS140 tops up between routes instead of standing idle waiting to be connected.

It refills the clean water
It fills the tank at 8 to 11 litres per minute. The GS140’s 140 litres are back in a little over a quarter of an hour, with no hose and no bucket.

It empties the sewage
It drains at 4 to 7 litres per minute straight to the drain. That is the least pleasant part of the manual job, and it is the part that disappears.

Small footprint
540 × 420 mm of floor and 950 mm tall: it fits against a wall in a cleaning store room without taking circulation space.

Runs on ordinary mains
It works on 150 to 265 V and draws up to 10 A. No three-phase supply and no special electrical work.
