Equipment sales
The full Pudu, Keenon and IVIX catalogue: delivery, cleaning, hospitality, logistics and industry. From a dining-room robot to a 2,000 kg AMR. Fifty-seven models with published specifications and stock backed by the importer.
Service robotics is only starting in Argentina. Within a few years every province will have its robot dealer. Who that is has not been decided yet.
Today a restaurant in Salta, a supermarket in Neuquén or a plant in Rosario that wants a robot has to solve it from Buenos Aires: the machine travels, installation is coordinated remotely and service arrives when it can.
That works while the market is small. It stops working the moment thirty robots are running in a province and somebody needs a spare part on a Tuesday morning.
Whoever is established in their region when that happens will not be competing for those customers. They will already be theirs.
Selling is the visible part. The real business is the five revenue streams that start the day the robot is switched on and do not stop while it keeps working.

This is how most customers come in: nobody buys a robot before seeing it work in their own venue. Rental lowers the barrier, keeps the machine as your asset and turns a one-off sale into a monthly payment.
A robot working eight hours a day needs scheduled maintenance. It is contracted as a plan, billed every month, and it is what keeps the customer: whoever maintains the machine keeps the account.
Repairs, configuration changes, remapping when a venue is refurbished, training for new staff. Everything that today means a trip from Buenos Aires and that in your region you solve the same day.
Brushes, squeegees, filters, batteries, wheels, trays. A cleaning robot consumes parts all year round, always, without anyone deciding to buy them. It is the dullest of the five and the most predictable.
The sale lands in month one and never returns. Rental, maintenance and consumables land every month, and grow as you add installed machines.
The chart shows the pattern, not amounts: the mix depends on each operation and on how many machines you have installed.
A robot sold once leaves you four more revenue streams for its whole working life. A hundred robots installed in your region are a hundred customers who come back.
Official distribution for Pudu and Keenon, the two largest service robotics manufacturers in the world, plus our own IVIX line.
You do not depend on a container leaving Shenzhen. The machine and the spare part ship from here.
We train your team: how to install, how to map a venue, how to repair and how to sell. You do not need to come from this industry.
When something turns up that your technician has never seen, there is someone on our side who has. And behind us, the manufacturer.
Spec sheets, catalogue, photos, videos and demos ready to show. You do not start with an empty folder.
Enquiries reaching us from your region go to you. That is the concrete advantage of being first.
You do not need to know robotics. You need something else.
You know who runs the shopping centres, which chains are growing and who to call. That cannot be bought.
You have, or can build, a team that answers, installs and repairs. Selling can be learned; presence has to be there.
The first year is groundwork. This business is built on installed machines billing every month, not on one big sale.
There is an initial investment in demo units, spares and structure. We go through it with concrete figures at the first meeting.
We are looking for one dealer per region. These are open today:
Your region not on the list? Write anyway. If it is not assigned yet, we can talk.
Tell us who you are, which region you operate in and what structure you have today. We reply within 24 business hours.
We show you the full model: investment, margins per stream, terms and what we expect from year one. No runaround.
Your team trains with ours, technically and commercially, before the first sale.
With demo units, opening stock, sales material and your region's enquiries routed to you.
The question is not whether every region of the country will have a robot dealer. It is who the one in yours will be.
