01What we do, in order
Between a factory in Shenzhen and a robot working in a venue in Córdoba there are six steps. An importer does the first one. We do all six.

We bring the machine in, with the paperwork and certifications customs asks for and insurers ask for later.

We integrate
We measure the venue, define the route and connect the robot to what you already run: the lift, the order system, the network.

We install
Mapping, commissioning and training for the people who will use it every day.

We guarantee
Manufacturer warranty, handled here. Technical support is ours and it is in the country: no writing to Shenzhen.

We maintain
Scheduled maintenance, with planned visits. The robot works eight hours a day: it gets serviced like any machine.

We resupply
Brushes, squeegees, filters, batteries and spares, held in country. No waiting on a container.
What an importer does What we do
The most underestimated step is the last one. A robot without spare parts stops being a robot within six months.
02The catalogue
Three brands and five product families. Every page publishes full specifications: dimensions, payload, battery life and minimum clearance.

Accessories weigh as much as robots in the catalogue, and that is deliberate: the charging dock, the tray or the lift module are what make a machine fit a particular venue.

Published case studies, with the model installed and what it solved. Most come from food and beverage, where service robotics started, but industry and public spaces are growing fast.
