Reel mower for sports turf

This is the model for sports turf. It cuts with three floating reels instead of a rotary blade, which is what lets it go down to 5 mm and keep the cut even on undulating ground.

RTK positioning is accurate to ±2.5 cm, and the cutting angle, direction and stripe offset are all configurable. That is where the clean striping a football pitch or a golf course demands comes from.

With four-wheel drive it climbs gradients of up to 30°, and works for up to 12 hours at a stretch. In non-collection mode the blower shuts off and it runs almost silently, so it can mow early or while the facility is in use.

Features

Reels, not a rotary blade

Three cutting units float independently and follow the ground contour. That keeps the height of cut even on undulating ground, which is exactly where a rotary leaves steps.

The striping is configurable

Cutting angle, rotation direction and stripe offset are all set, and the route plans itself. It is what the pattern demanded of a professional pitch requires.

Cuts from 5 mm

The height range runs from 5 to 50 mm, set by dial without tools. It covers everything from greens to general-purpose turf.

It climbs where others slip

Four-wheel drive and a 30° climbing capability. It keeps traction on slopes and rolling ground without the wheels spinning.

Twelve hours, and almost silent

One charge covers up to 7 hectares. Being electric, and with the blower off in non-collection mode, it can work early in the morning or with people on site.

It collects when it needs to

It supports standard cutting or active collection depending on ground conditions. In collection, a twin-fan system lifts clippings and leaves, and it detects a full hopper to go and discharge, then resume.

Several pitches, no manual hauling

It moves between fields along pre-mapped routes and resumes mowing on arrival. One machine covers a whole sports complex.

Followed from a phone

Live location, task progress and machine status, with an immediate alert if something fails. It saves the on-site check-up rounds.
