Autonomous floor scrubber for large surfaces
The GS140 is an autonomous floor scrubber for medium and large surfaces, indoors and out. It cleans up to 4,000 m² per hour and runs for 4 to 6 hours on a charge, so it covers a full industrial plant, shopping centre or terminal with nobody pushing it.
It scrubs and vacuums in a single pass, with two roller brushes and two side brushes. There is no mesh filter: that lowers the cost of consumables and maintenance, and keeps the suction hose from clogging.

The roller brush adjusts itself to the surface: ceramic tile, epoxy, terrazzo, marble, smooth concrete or silicon carbide. No settings to change when moving from one area to another.
A 1,160 mm cleaning width and a path algorithm that avoids covering the same ground twice. It fits several cleaning rounds a day where only one used to fit.
A 36 V / 200 Ah battery, a 140 L clean water tank and a 170 L sewage tank. Four to six hours of continuous work, with scheduled tasks and automatic wake-up at the hour you set.
Multi-line LiDAR, single-line LiDAR, RGBD cameras, six ultrasonic sensors and collision and drop detection. Fusing all of them lets it spot obstacles in time and go around without stopping the job.
With no mesh filter there is nothing to clean or replace, and the suction hose does not clog. Cost per square metre goes down and service stops are further apart.
A warning beacon shows where the machine is in aisles, warehouses and traffic areas, so it can work around people without surprises.
It uploads each shift report on its own: area cleaned, operating time and route. Enough to keep track of the service without walking over to the machine.
Optional. The IVIX Workstation charges the battery, refills clean water and empties the sewage tank, turning human intervention into something occasional.
